Dr. Hayden has been using Electronic Medical Records since 1997 to continuously improve quality of care. Almost every document and report has been scanned into the medical record since Jan, 2006.
All prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Benefits Company (eg MEDCO, Express Scripts, etc).

Most health-related diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol require visits every few months to monitor medications, blood pressures, blood sugar and HBA1C results, and specialist visits (eye doctor and foot doctor visits).

Trish is our nurse. She has been in nursing for over 24 years and you will find her knowledgeable in all areas of medicine. Her special focus is on childhood and adult immunizations. Do not hesitate to ask her any questions regarding immunizations and childhood diseases, as well as insurance issues that may arise.
Medical Assistant and Receptionist.
Marcia is our medical secretary and receptionist. She speaks fluent Portugese.
She is knowledgeable in most areas of family medicine and all areas of insurance, referrals, etc. You will find her very helpful with most medical and office-related issues. She is very proficient at obtaining insurance information online through insurance company portals and will be happy to assist you in these areas.
